Looking for your next job opportunity?
We will connect you to the right employer!
Great relationships start from a chance meeting or a shared interest. Often though, a real connection is built over time by talking to one another, understanding each other and sharing a common goal. With RPRC Services, we’d rather get the formalities out of the way as quickly as possible so we can concentrate on getting to know you better. If we can understand what motivates you, we’re in a better position to help connect you with the right company.
Permanent Employment
Permanent employment means that you are employed on a permanent basis, working a regular, guaranteed number of hours every week for an employer. RPRC Services will help you find the best matching employer in which you will have the option to either work full-time or part-time – this depends on the number of weekly hours of work that you have agreed with your employer, in your employment contract.
Temporary Employment
Temporary employment means hiring you for a contracted period. RPRC Services will agree a set list of duties with you and we will be your go-to for any employment-related questions, however you will be under the day-to-day direction or supervision of a client. This is known as a triangular employment situation. Temporary work can offer you a high degree of flexibility, and you may be placed on an assignment for a day, a week, a month or longer. Temporary assignments allow you to gain experience to enhance your skills.
Independent Contractors
Independent Contractors are self-employed and earn their income by invoicing a company (generally a ‘per diem’ position) for their services to complete a deliverable. As a contractor, you pay your own taxes and insurance, and you will not receive employment benefits such as sick or annual leave. If you think that contracting might be a great fit for you, RPRC Services can help you understand what opportunities may be out there.
